This Business Agreement supplements the Platform Terms, Marketplace Rules, checkout disclosures, and each campaign you submit. Your electronic acceptance is recorded with the agreement version and time. If specific campaign terms conflict with this general agreement, the more specific accepted campaign terms control for that campaign.
Authority and accurate information
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business. Keep the business identity, public Instagram account, booking contact, location, availability, hosted value, guest policy, compensation, safety information, and campaign description accurate and current.
A submitted campaign is a commitment
When you submit an experience for approval, you commit to the exact hosted experience, open booking hours, deliverables, posting deadline, business account to tag, Collab requirement, cancellation terms, creator compensation, and usage rights shown in that campaign. Eligible matched creators may book an open time immediately without a second approval.
Hosting responsibilities
Honor confirmed visits and provide the accurately described experience without undisclosed charges or substituted value. Maintain lawful and reasonably safe premises, disclose material hazards, age or identification rules, accessibility limits, and any extra cost before booking, and treat creators and their guests respectfully.
Content and creator independence
You may require the disclosed format, quantity, business tag, truthful material-connection disclosure, and a Collab invitation only when those requirements were clearly listed before booking. You may not require a positive opinion, suppress an honest negative experience, add hidden deliverables, or broaden usage rights after booking without the creator’s written agreement.
Tags, Collab posts, and verification
Keep the approved business Instagram account available to receive tags and required Collab invitations. Respond to a correctly sent Collab invitation within a reasonable time. Confirm attendance promptly, review delivered links in PostPass, and report a specific concern with supporting information instead of asking the creator for off-platform or undisclosed work.
Compensation and content rights
Honor the hosted value and any creator cash stated in the accepted campaign. Creator cash becomes payable at the milestone shown in the opportunity. Creators retain ownership, and you may use content only within the accepted license. Paid advertising, whitelisting, raw files, material edits, or extended use require separate written permission and may require additional payment.
Changes, cancellations, and missed commitments
Keep availability current and cancel or request a reschedule through PostPass as soon as a conflict is known. Campaign terms lock after the first creator booking. PostPass may pause a listing, restrict future campaign access, arrange a replacement or other stated marketplace remedy, or review a payment dispute when the business does not honor a confirmed visit or accepted obligation. Emergencies and documented safety issues are reviewed individually.
No guaranteed creator or campaign results
A package purchases the stated PostPass matching and coordination process, not guaranteed creator completions, views, reach, bookings, sales, or follower growth. PostPass may update this agreement for future activity. Material changes will require a new acceptance before a new or resubmitted campaign.
