Agreement and eligibility
These Terms apply when you use PostPass at joinpostpass.com as a creator, business, or visitor. You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only an account you are authorized to control. Campaign-specific terms, accepted opportunity details, and checkout disclosures also apply. If they conflict with this public summary, the more specific written terms control for that transaction.
Marketplace role
PostPass is a platform where businesses list real local experiences and creators ask to visit them. It provides the listing, booking tools, content review, submitted-link verification, and payment-status records. The business hosts the experience and the creator makes the content. Each remains responsible for its own conduct, safety, services, disclosures, taxes, permits, and legal compliance. PostPass does not guarantee that a request, a visit, a post, audience response, bookings, revenue, or sales will occur.
Bookings and local visits
A creator asks for a visit by selecting an open date and time published by the business and affirmatively accepting the booking commitment. The visit is booked when the business accepts the request, or when PostPass confirms it for a listing where PostPass approves visits. The booking records the current creator and business agreements plus the accepted date, approved creator account, business account to tag, experience, guest policy, deliverables, posting deadline, Collab requirement, compensation, cancellation rules, and usage rights. Both sides must honor that recorded scope. Private booking information may be used only to coordinate that visit.
Creator access and subscriptions
A creator account has no monthly fee and includes hosted visits. Creator Pass costs $49 per month and renews through Stripe until canceled. A creator can cancel future renewals from Billing. Creator Pass adds eligibility for paid opportunities when they are offered; it does not guarantee approval, available experiences, paid work, or results. PostPass may also give a free creator access to paid opportunities. Partner Creator is an invite-only status, not a paid plan.
Business plans and renewals
Listing and Premium are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe: each renews every month on the date of purchase at the price shown at checkout until you cancel from Billing in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing month. A plan keeps your experience listed on PostPass, where creators find it and ask to visit. Listing is open to Local creators. Premium adds High-Reach creators and the other services described for it at purchase, for as long as you subscribe. A plan has no set number of creators, visits, or posts in a month. Moving from Listing to Premium starts a new Premium billing month immediately, with a prorated credit for unused time on the earlier plan. Plans arranged on a call are billed under their written order. A business on a plan bought before October 8, 2026 keeps the terms shown when it bought that plan until the plan ends or the business changes plans. PostPass stops renewals when it cancels or declines a listing. You host the creators you accept and do not pay them: cash on a visit is paid by PostPass unless you choose to add your own. Paid advertising rights, raw files, and extended usage may cost extra when selected. A custom order or checkout disclosure may add or replace plan terms.
Charges and creator cash
Subscription and paid campaign card charges are handled by the payment provider identified at checkout. PostPass does not require you to send full card details by email. A business is never required to add creator cash. If a business chooses to add its own, it is separate from the plan price unless the written order says it is included, and the business pays the full advertised creator amount plus a separately disclosed 10% PostPass service fee. The checkout shows the creator amount, service fee, and total before purchase. The fee is paid by the business and is not deducted from the creator's advertised cash. A listed creator amount becomes payable under the accepted campaign milestone; PostPass records funding and payout status but does not represent the payment as escrow unless expressly stated.
Independent creators, payout setup, and taxes
Creators participate as independent service providers and are not PostPass employees; legal classification depends on the actual relationship and applicable law. A creator must complete Stripe's identity and bank requirements before PostPass can assign a cash reward, and must separately complete any requested tax profile or certification. Creators and businesses must provide accurate tax and compensation information, keep it current, and satisfy their own reporting, withholding, and payment obligations. Cash and the fair market value of a hosted experience or other noncash compensation may be taxable even when no tax form is issued. PostPass, Stripe, or another legally responsible payer may collect tax certifications, report payments, deliver tax forms, or apply backup withholding when required by law.
Content, posting obligations, and license
After attending, creators must publish the accepted deliverables from the creator account approved for that booking, visibly tag the recorded business account where the platform supports it, complete a required Collab invitation, clearly disclose the material connection, and submit the live links or approved proof by the recorded deadline. Creators retain ownership of their work. The business receives only the license stated in the accepted listing and the Marketplace Rules. The default is limited organic reposting of the final published content for 12 months with visible creator credit. Paid ads, whitelisting, raw footage, material edits, and broader or longer use require separate written permission.
Cancellations, replacements, and refunds
Booking cancellations follow the Marketplace Rules. For business plans and Creator Pass, credit, cancellation, and refund eligibility follow the terms shown before purchase and applicable law. Unless the checkout terms or applicable law require otherwise, a refund of a creator-cash order is allocated proportionally between its creator funding and PostPass service fee. A change of mind, few or no visit requests, low reach, or absence of sales does not by itself create a refund right.
Acceptable conduct
Fraudulent metrics, fake engagement, unsafe or illegal listings, harassment, discrimination, hidden deliverables, undisclosed advertising, intellectual-property misuse, unauthorized access, scraping private information, and misuse of booking contact details are prohibited. PostPass may pause or remove accounts, opportunities, bookings, or content records to protect users, marketplace integrity, or legal compliance.
Service and third parties
PostPass depends on hosting, authentication, payment, email, database, and social platforms. Features may be interrupted or change when those services, platform policies, or creator content change. To the extent permitted by law, use is at your own risk and PostPass is not responsible for conduct, loss, injury, or content controlled by another marketplace participant or third-party platform.
Changes
PostPass may update these Terms as the marketplace develops. The effective date will be updated, and material changes will be presented before they apply to an existing paid campaign or future subscription renewal where required. Continued use after an applicable update means you accept the revised Terms.
