PostPass may collect account details, contact information, social handles, audience ranges, content links, business details, booking information, campaign activity, payment status, and support communications.
How it is used
Information is used to review accounts, match creators and businesses, coordinate bookings, verify content, process payments, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve the marketplace.
When information is shared
Private booking contact is shared only after a match is approved. Service providers may process account, email, analytics, and payment information on PostPass’s behalf. PostPass does not sell private contact information.
Retention and choices
Information is retained only as long as needed for marketplace operations, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and disputes. Members may request access, correction, or deletion through the contact method shown in their account once live support is enabled.
Preview mode
Until live intake is enabled, preview forms clearly state when information was validated but not stored. PostPass will not represent preview data as a completed application.
