Information you provide
PostPass may collect account and contact details, including your phone number, role and profile information, social handles, audience ranges, content links, business and venue details, accessibility and guest information, available dates, campaign requirements, booking activity, compensation and payment status, application responses, and support communications.
Information collected automatically
When you use PostPass, the service and its providers may collect device, browser, IP address, sign-in, security, cookie, page, referral, and interaction information. This data supports authentication, fraud prevention, service operation, analytics, and troubleshooting. Browser settings can limit some cookies, but required sign-in and security features may then stop working.
How information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, help people complete onboarding, review eligibility, privately match creators and businesses, publish and book available visits, reveal confirmed booking contact, verify submitted links, record compensation status, process platform purchases, send operational messages, make account- or booking-related calls, answer support requests, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve the marketplace.
When information is shared
After an instant booking is confirmed, the matched creator and business receive the contact and visit information needed to coordinate it. Opportunity and published-content information is shared as the campaign requires. Providers that support hosting, authentication, databases, email, analytics, file delivery, and payment processing may handle information under their service terms. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to address fraud or safety, or as part of a business transaction with appropriate protections.
Payments, payouts, and tax information
The payment provider shown at checkout receives the card and transaction information needed to process a Creator Pass subscription, business campaign purchase, or creator-cash order. For creator payouts, Stripe may collect identity, bank, and tax information, including tax certifications, in its hosted experience. PostPass receives transaction and connected-account identifiers, order and payout details, capability or requirement status, and payment status rather than full card, bank-account, or tax-identification numbers. PostPass and its providers may use and disclose payout and tax records to deliver tax forms, apply legally required withholding, respond to tax authorities, and meet recordkeeping or reporting obligations.
Retention and security
Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to operate accounts and campaigns, maintain transaction and consent records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by record type. PostPass uses access controls and service-provider safeguards designed to protect information, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may update available profile details in your account, ask PostPass to stop calls or texts at any time, and request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights that apply where you live by emailing account@joinpostpass.com or using public support. PostPass may verify identity and retain information that is legally required or needed for fraud, safety, transactions, or disputes. PostPass does not sell private booking contact information.
Age and third-party services
PostPass accounts are for adults 18 and older and are not directed to children. Links and creator posts may lead to social platforms, business sites, or other services with their own privacy practices. Their handling of information is governed by their policies, not this one.
Changes and contact
