CREATOR AGREEMENT
Book it. Attend it. Post what you promised.
Version creator-2026-08-30-v1 · Effective August 30, 2026How this agreement works
This Creator Agreement supplements the Platform Terms, Marketplace Rules, and the specific opportunity details you accept when booking. Your electronic acceptance is recorded with the agreement version and time. If specific booking terms conflict with this general agreement, the more specific accepted booking terms control for that booking.
Your account and approved channel
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, control the social accounts you submit, and keep your PostPass profile current. Opportunities are tied to the Instagram account approved by PostPass. You may not complete a booking from a replacement or third-party account unless PostPass approves that account first.
A booking is a commitment
When you confirm an available visit, you accept the exact opportunity details shown at booking, including the date, time, guest policy, hosted value, cash compensation, deliverables, posting deadline, business account to tag, Collab requirement, cancellation terms, and content usage rights. Do not book an opportunity you cannot reasonably attend and complete.
Visit responsibilities
Arrive on time, follow the disclosed venue, safety, guest, and conduct rules, and treat the business, staff, customers, and property respectfully. Cancel or request a reschedule through PostPass as soon as a conflict is known. You may leave an unsafe or materially misrepresented experience and should report it promptly.
Publishing and tagging responsibilities
After attending, publish every listed deliverable by the stated deadline from your approved account. Each published deliverable must visibly tag the business account identified in the booking when the platform supports tagging. If the booking says an Instagram Collab post is required, send the Collab invitation to that business account and keep it pending long enough for the business to respond. Submit every required live link or permitted proof to PostPass by the deadline.
Truthful content and disclosures
Your content must reflect your honest first-hand experience and must not include claims you know are false or cannot support. Clearly and conspicuously disclose the free experience, payment, or other material connection in the content itself and caption where appropriate. A vague label such as “collab” alone may not be enough. You remain responsible for applicable advertising law and platform rules.
Content ownership and rights
You keep ownership of your work. The business receives only the usage rights clearly listed before booking. Unless the accepted opportunity states otherwise, the Marketplace Rules provide a limited organic reposting right with visible creator credit. Paid ads, whitelisting, raw footage, material edits, or broader use require separate written permission.
Changes, verification, and missed commitments
Neither the business nor PostPass may add deliverables or broaden rights after booking without your agreement. PostPass may request proof or corrections, reject a noncompliant submission, withhold an unearned creator-cash milestone, pause future booking access, or arrange marketplace remedies after a missed visit or deliverable. Safety incidents, emergencies, platform outages, removals outside your control, and good-faith disputes are reviewed individually.
No guaranteed opportunities or results
Approval, membership, and prior bookings do not guarantee future inventory, matches, hosted value, creator cash, reach, engagement, or income. PostPass may update this agreement for future activity. Material changes will require a new acceptance before additional bookings.
